A special US-UK collab​!

 

When two Gujarati's collaborate! On a sunny Sunday in June, Khao Supper's founder Punam shared the kitchen with Hetal Vasavada, Masterchef contestant & baker to host a supper club celebrating the food and flavours of our childhood.

 

Through a series of four courses, we shared the rich tapestry of Gujarati food from the perspective of our upbringing, one telling her story growing up in the USA and another growing up in the UK. Thanks to Hetal for reaching out and joining me, and our guests who were from far and wide.
