Chai Nasto, An Immersive Brunch Club

Khao Suppers invites you to our first-ever Immersive Brunch Club. Join us on Sunday 25th February as we take you through a four-course meal complete with a special selection of classic and herbal chai (tea) blends.

Each course is inspired by Gujarati flavours and influences from Ayurvedic practises to present you with a nutritious and wholesome vegetarian brunch.

Along with the meal, we'll be sharing insights into integrating chai into your daily practice and will lead you through a chai-making workshop, giving you the chance to create your blend to take home. 

MENU

Good Morning Parcel

Guests will be greeted at the table with a parcel - a special delivery of nasto to start: Ghatia, Jalebi, Sambaro and Marchu. Savoury, sweet, salty and spicy.

Chai Pairing: Masala Chai

Soothing Chia

A soothing bowl of chia pudding served with a fresh fruit compote, seeds, nuts and coconut shavings.

Chai Pairing: Tulsi & lemon chai.

Wholesome Waffles

Savoury gram flour waffles topped with grilled masala mushrooms, a tomato and coriander salsa & cashew cream.

Chai Pairing: Orange & lemon iced tea.

Sweet Endings

Pistachio & Saffron Trifle: layers of saffron sponge with pistachio cream and raspberries.

Chai Pairing: Digestive fennel, cardamom & ginger chai.

The Venue

We're excited to be partnering with The Boathouse, in what will be the first of many events to come from us in this beautiful space. Based in the Paddington Basin, this is our debut supper club in West London and we're so excited to be hosting this event from such a charming part of the city.

The ticket does not include any alcoholic drinks, but these will be available to purchase on the day from our hosts. Please note this venue is a boat so please contact us for accessibility requirements.
