Khao x Host of Leyton for '‘Weather Dependent" by Dan Lee

We were given such a special opportunity that happened within a few days of planning! Our lovely friends at Host asked us to rustle up a few 'nibbles', so when I saw Dan's incredible work, we knew we wanted to create a selection of canapés that would add to the magic of the evening.

We presented a selection of four canapes, sharing bite-sized versions of classic dishes like cucumber raita, garden pea kachori, chaat puri's and butter masala mushrooms.
